A Unique Culture You'll Love or Hate.

The company pays very very well and has great benefits. A lot of very talented people. Although most of the business is domestic, it is working on becoming an international company and there is opportunity to interact with different cultures.
Cons
There's some thing about Kellogg's that seems to stifle creativity. Much of what is done is done in a committee format and there's not much here to make your own mark, especially in corporate Kellogg. There is also a glass ceiling between the senior managers position and a directors position. Kellogg seems to prefer to bring people from the outside for these slots. There are lots of opportunities to make lateral moves into different functions, but very difficult to move up. Kellogg also loves to use flowery phrases and ambiguous sentences.
