I worked at Kelly Engineering Resources (Less than a year)

    Pros

Most caring group of manager and great people that genuinely want you to be a work family.

    Cons

Unorganized and very dated. They are really far behind times and lack of technology/process hinders the ability to get things done.

    Advice to Management

Re-organize the company to be more progressive.

I worked at Kelly Engineering Resources full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fabulous learning resources. Kelly really has a huge library of documentation on just about any and everything known about hiring and hiring processes.

    Cons

Company is more focused on gouging clients and increasing profits than retention of staff or work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of dead weight employees, stop the bullying in offices, follow hiring laws. If multiple complaints are lodged on employees, do something about it.
