    Ability to grow within organization .
    Put the customer first approach to service.
    Decision making autonomy.
    Will promote internal candidates who produce.
    Competitive compensation.

    Cons

    Customer base can be very demanding and at sometimes overbearing, overall manageable but can produce a stress level that could be too much for passive or under motivated individuals .

    Can be a challenge to take time off in the busy season April-October.

    It gets really hot during the summer, and really cold in the winter. It’s just a giant metal building

    Advice to Management

    We are only human. Not robots. Can’t care so much about the numbers, and not care as much about the workers’ well being. It should be ok to make honest mistakes without feeling like your job is in jeopardy. Especially if you are working hard in almost 100 degree weather. We break our backs daily to make you richer. Get off your high horse

    We are 49% employee owned ! Great team members . Amazing customers. What more can I say?

    Cons? Ehh...I'm sure at times one may feel frustrated or a lil stressed but that's with any job, anywhere. I've got nothing bad to say.

    Pros

    Good counterparts to work with. Management is flexible when they choose to be.

    Cons

    Inconsistant processes and procesures. Bad communication. Managment is lacking in leadership and people skills. No incentive. Too many systems to toggle between that dont merge data/info. Managment gossips.

    Advice to Management

    Take leadership training. Be more consistent in direction. Where there are policies in place, consistantly enforce them.

    The are no pros to this company at this time. There was about 15 years ago.

    Cons

    Poor management!! Can't manufacture a quality paint coating anymore. CEO is horrible which leads to poor overall management.

    Advice to Management

    Get it together or sell the company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    low end of pay scale, micromanaging, lack of support from upper management, over worked and underpaid

    Pay your employees like they deserve, award the stores that actually make profit for the company, not the ones who make large dollars but no profit margin

    Pros

    You have a path to grow if you have the desire and put in hard work. At times the growth can be quick if truly great at what you do. The company has had its downs, and at times has struggled, but I believe that even in the downs has always done its best to look after the employee and the customer. I have always been taken care of, and felt there are plenty of opportunities to advance. Great vacation benefit, decent insurance, 401K matching is coming back after some time of no matching.

    Cons

    Communication hasn't always been the best but has gotten better. Especially when it comes to different departments within the company, or you trying to reach out. It can been hard to deal with stresses of customer order load at times if you don't manage it well.
