I worked at Kelly Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Not just another number (body count)
    - Able to speak directly with your representative
    - They work with you to help with any concerns
    - The representatives genuinely care about your well-being and concerns

    Cons

I saw none. Only thing is if you are looking to become a permanent employee at the company you get stationed at, that is not guaranteed, but that is the nature of working a contract job.

    Advice to Management

Keep paying attention to the contract workers, and keeping them engaged. I felt part of a family, and not like a contractor. Keep it up.

I have been working at Kelly Services full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Kelly is a great company to work for where you can come in at any level and move up through the origination. They're open to ideas from all levels of employees, you can work remote at anytime and they're an ethical and honest company.

    Cons

The only con I can think of is that Kelly is highly matrixed but that's the case with any large, global company.

I have been working at Kelly Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Kelly Services is an awesome company to work for, it is so rewarding to be apart of an organization who helps people get back to work, and achieve success.

    Cons

I have no cons to share at this time :)

    Advice to Management

Make programs for on-line resources easier to navigate, can at times be daunting.

I have been working at Kelly Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My time at KellyConnect has been very positive thus far!

Although the training is much shorter than tech support positions elsewhere, you will absolutely learn the foundational skills necessary to be an effective troubleshooter.

I really like the encouraging team environment. When you first enter production it is rather daunting, but coworkers and team leads are always ready to aid you on the path to resolution. The resources and tools provided by the client will, 9 times out of 10, steer you in the right direction. This is definitely one of those 'learn as you go' jobs.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of promotion with this employer. I've been with the company just over 90 days and already have a $2 raise and a brand new position. Instead of supporting only mobile devices, I will now be providing support for computers and mobile devices.

The pay for this work at home position is top tier when compared to other companies I've worked for in the past. It pays well above minimum wage and I can stay caught up with my bills for once.

Currently we have an incredibly high call volume due to a new product launch and they're handing out overtime like candy!

The $500 bonus that I'll be receiving soon for making it past 90 days is going to help a lot!

The customers that you deal with on a daily basis are overall really nice compared to most customers.

You can choose your schedule after being in production for 30 days. I chose four ten hour shifts with hour lunches and three days off per week.

    Cons

If your internet unexpectedly goes down for anything longer than 10 minutes, you have to call the attendance line and an occurance gets added to your record.

Schedules are posted only a week in advance.

    Advice to Management

I don't know how much TL's are paid, but they should be paid much more for their amazing work ethic.

It would be nice to have a monthly schedule.

I worked at Kelly Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The biggest reason to work for kelly services is I didn't have to worry about traveling to work in traffic, weather or winter snow!

    Cons

Technical issues would occur alot and they blind sided me after I started working for Apple as a CSR they were making us throw sales pitches..not what I signed up for at all!!

    Advice to Management

If you ever get Apple as a third party client work from home gig....PLEASE CALL ME....it's about to be winter before long and I truly despise driving in ice and snow!👍

I have been working at Kelly Services full-time

    Pros

Supportive team, diverse responsibilities, independence in duties, flexible hours, recognition of accomplishments, mentoring is ubiquitous

    Cons

Difficult to earn promotions, frequent short distance travels to interviews, subject to Federal budget limitations (as a Contractor for Kelly Government Solutions).

    Advice to Management

Allow for more direct communication with POC's.

I have been working at Kelly Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Generous pay, benefit, and PTO package. Good support from my supervisor and friendly co-workers. Flexible with hours and time off requests. Pleasant, quiet work environment. Positive atmosphere where work / life balance is preached and practiced, and people like doing their jobs.

    Cons

Work can be a little repetitious. Initiative and self-direction are necessary qualities to stay on task, but my co-workers provide a good example.

    Advice to Management

It's tough with the workload, but I've always liked short, daily huddles - just to stay in touch and to request meeting time if needed.
