I have been working at Kelly Services full-time

    Pros

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

    Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.

I have been working at Kelly Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-40 hour per week steady schedule, with opportunities for overtime
-Great support when starting out after the initial training class
-Team leads are almost always very supportive, even if they don't know the answer to your question, they will at least attempt to help you with your cases
-Decent pay for being a temp agency
-Very often opportunities to move up arise
-Working from home is a definite plus
-Friendly team in general, great people to work with and understanding team leaders.
-At least one weekend day off guaranteed, Sunday or Saturday, you pick when filling out your paperwork

    Cons

-Support dwindles a good bit as you progress to the more complicated support topics in tech support, so you're left hanging quite often, with angry customers and unable to find an answer with your provided resources, while the people who should be taking you aside and messaging you to help you just bark at you for not posting a rather ridiculous and detailed template to answer simple questions. This ultimately only affects you negatively, and can cause write ups due to bad surveys due to making customers wait while the helpers smite the workers to fill out a long template with questions such as "is the case saved". Why? Is someone going to recommend hanging up on a customer for having a problem we can't figure out immediately? I see this everyday in chat, and I honestly don't like it at all. It truly makes me not want to ask for help there, and it makes me wonder why they think this idea is better than taking people aside for one on one chats.
-Sometimes it seems like the team leaders know less than the employees about supporting the customers
-They stop granting you days off for appointments and important functions after you request a few specific days off, then it seems like you never get another chance to request a day off
-The job itself can be very very taxing, as you sometimes experience days with numerous calls from irate customers, who belittle you and treat you like garbage.
-If you take time off for the death of a loved one, they don't adjust your numbers based on your averages to prevent write ups, instead they let those days affect your numbers drastically, which can also cause write ups.
-After a year, you have to be recertified for certain program access, which can cause you to miss days of work unexpectedly
-When your computer or programs stop working, you aren't getting paid for the time you're out - this can be devastating

    Advice to Management

Fix the cons I listed and the place will be perfect! I'd be more than willing to help combat any of the issues listed above myself, and ultimately want to become a trainer, once I feel fully capable of supporting and explaining how to support any case we encounter to others.

I have been working at Kelly Services full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

upward advancement, leaders will invest in top talent, company attempting to be innovative and to take risks which is unlike the culture in the past, greater transparency into strategy and company goals than in the past. It's an exciting time to be a part of Kelly and to see the slow transformation for the better. Flexible working environment.

    Cons

Too many siloed projects occurring that have overlap of effort. Often times business groups don't collaborate well enough and end up wasting time, effort and resources on projects or work. A number of initiatives get started and don't get completed for one reason or another.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes less is more. At times it comes across as if there is a lack of focus or ability to focus because TOO many non-cross-functional efforts are going on ... often times to accomplish the same or similar goals.
