I worked at Kelly Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Not just another number (body count)
    - Able to speak directly with your representative
    - They work with you to help with any concerns
    - The representatives genuinely care about your well-being and concerns

    Cons

I saw none. Only thing is if you are looking to become a permanent employee at the company you get stationed at, that is not guaranteed, but that is the nature of working a contract job.

    Advice to Management

Keep paying attention to the contract workers, and keeping them engaged. I felt part of a family, and not like a contractor. Keep it up.
