I was very impressed with the professionalism and polish demonstrated by the Kelly Mitchell team. From the beginning everyone was friendly and accommodating. They took the time to meet with me personally and to discover my strengths as a potential employee. There are a lot of opportunities and Kelly Mitchell Group works with some of the top companies in this area.

Cons

Because of a technical glitch my resume was not uploaded correctly into the database through the website, although I had received a confirmation e-mail. This problem was corrected through follow-up within a few days.

Kelly Mitchell truly cares for their employees and they never allow hard work to go unnoticed! I feel valued here at KM, and the knowledge and love they have poured into me is something I do not take for granted. I never expected to be working a job as amazing as this one with co-workers as amazing as those here at KM directly out of college. I look forward coming to work everything (which is something I never thought I'd be able to say).

I think the downright best aspect of Kelly Mitchell is the sheer amount of opportunity we provide to our employees. New employees can expect a promotion in their first year with the company, and whether that's up the recruiting career path or into outside sales is up to each individual! We have so many fortune 100 and 1,000 accounts that our recruiters get to recruiter for and our sales people get to sell into and that list is growing every day. We offer commission to all recruiters the minute they walk in the door, where many staffing organizations require recruiters to make a certain number of placements before earning commission. Also, it is a very vibrant company to work for. We hire the most motivated and dynamic individuals for our team which fosters a unique and fast paced environment. Also, we look within first when making internal promotions to leadership!

My entire on boarding process with Kelly Mitchell has been such a pleasure. I was contacted by a sweet lady by the name of Kelly about a contract position and she was very in depth in explaining all the requirements for this role and if they were a fit for me, as well as making sure I would be fully prepared for an interview. I was then connected with another lady by the name of Abbey, and she was extremely thorough and helpful in giving me tips and suggestions for success for my interview. After I landed the job (yay!) I began the on boarding process with Gabi, who was very patient and accommodating to various things throughout this process. Overall, my experience with Kelly Mitchell has been amazing and I am so grateful to be employed somewhere where they actually care about you as a person and your success.

The whole group with Kelly Mitchell has been very positive and are very outgoing and friendly they jump in and help with the whole process. Michelle has been amazing she’s always rooting me on and gets as excited as I do about the job

The people here at Kelly Mitchell are willing to go above and beyond to making sure you have the best experience on boarding! With any question I had, there was always someone willing to pick up the phone and give me an answer, no matter how small the question may have seemed. They guided me through every step and we're always kind and made me feel appreciated. You know you're signing up with a good company when their main objective is to make sure you're happy and get the best position possible. I couldn't recommend them more!
