    Pros

KellyOCG encourages creative ideas, recognizes top talent and the need to retain that talent, is fluid when it comes to our changing marketplace, adapts to clients needs, and develops innovative ways to better partner with clients.

I have been working at KellyOCG full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

KellyOCG has been a great place for me. I started out as an entry level recruiter and was able to work my way up to a Sr. Manager in 6 years. KellyOCG has top level customers and truly care about employees. I am able to work remotely twice a week and I have a great work life balance.

    Cons

Sometimes Kelly is limited on pay due to customer contracts. Certain decisions are really driven by the client and team size can grow and shrink quickly. Benefits could be better. KellyOCG usually brings on recruiters on a temp then hire them to full time. This can be a turn off for people.

    Advice to Management

Continue to grow more business and add to the client list. Make sure that you are training and growing talent.
