I worked at Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good stable job, with a lot of opportunities to develop oneself. One gets exposures in a myrad of fields and disciplines, with good guidance from senior management.

    Cons

A lot of regulations and procedures to be aware of. A lot of guidelines need to be reviewed, and some regularly, especially when it comes to multiple party engagement. There are times when policies developed are not translated as intended during implementation.

    Advice to Management

Continue to deliver evidence-based interventions while observing the rights of the patients
