    Not easy to get a job with them. but once you get one and prove yourself then you are fine

    The orientation is very professional and the have a good trainer the explain the mission and the vision in an interesting way.

    Cons

    There is no specialized for the employee training, they do not give the employee chance to get evolve, so the employee stays in the same position for a long time.
