    Pros

You can make decent money if you don't take your lunches, and sacrifice time with your family and come in every day.

    Cons

Management is verbally abusive. HR doesn't care even after multiple complaints from many employees. After record sales years, Kendall continues to try and find ways to cut our pay knowing that our hard work is what is driving these record numbers. No base wage; commission only. No regard whatsoever for your family or home life. The only way to succeed here is to devote all of your time to work and not take any weekends. If you EVER call in sick, prepare to be berated over the legitimacy of your sick day. Everything Kendall tells you at the time of hiring is false. They don't care about you; you're just a disposable employee that is easily replaceable. They don't care about anything but profit.

    Advice to Management

Understand the value of taking time off with your family. Understand that sick days are important in order to be healthy and happy at work. Fight for your employees instead of just watching them get their paychecks eviscerated by Kendall. Stop yelling at your employees, and try to maintain a higher level of professionalism.

    Pros

Management is very understanding and helpful when reaching out to them for advice. Love coming to work everyday it's always fun

    Cons

Everyone has their bad days sometimes you can tell. Sometimes management can be disrespectful towards an employee. Other than that nothing else really.

    Advice to Management

Maybe a little more patience towards employees on a bad day. Focus more on the positive rather than the negative so much.

I have been working at Kendall Auto Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As sales, a car bonus if you meet your customer satisfaction survey requirements. Health insurance is decent.

    Cons

Mismanagement, nepotism, a rigid adherence to a one-size-fits-all philosophy. The list goes on. Rumor has it the company used to be awesome to work for but has recently gone down hill.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your rank and file. Learn from exit interviews. hire local talent and don't bring in managers from afar who don't understand the local community

    Pros

Edmark was a good organization with proven processes in place that made it the best of its kind.

    Cons

Sold/merged to an organization that was not interested in same philosophies.

    Advice to Management

The new organization (Kendall) and structure is less than stellar. Unfortunately they lie and can't stick to their word-this causes moral issues internally.

    Pros

The job itself was easy to learn and in an open environment, didn't feel "boxed in" like other office jobs.

    Cons

The sales team and managers can be dramatic, but usually it wasn't directed towards the receptionist. That, and cashiering for parts and having to tell people how much key fobs cost.

    Pros

They not only take care of you as an employee, but they pride themselves on taking care of customers during and after the sale. Pay and benefits are attractive.

    Cons

Not many. Communication between sales, service and parts departments could be better at times. The hours can be long occasionally.

    Advice to Management

Don't lose sight of what makes this company function well!
