I worked at Kendall Regional Medical Center full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Coworkers here become family over time. The hospital is great at throwing events for the community and staff.

    Cons

If you don't speak Spanish, it will be difficult to communicate with other departments at time. You speak to them in English and they respond in Spanish. Professional development is given to friends of management over those that deserve it.

    Advice to Management

Clean it up. Stop protecting your own and listen to the staff and their concerns. Management should be able to perform the duties that they are requesting of their staff. They should have knowledge of their department and educated on best practice.
