I have been working at Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda Union Free School District part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Working within regular school hours, weekends and holidays off. Fast paced work environment, lots of safety regulations to follow and learn. Pays above average.

    Cons

Hours are limited and you are only paid for 10 months of the year. It's hard to be creative while preparing entrees because the recipes cannot be altered.

    Advice to Management

It would be helpful to educate the kids on the nutritional values and ratios of the menued food. Most kids don't understand why they have to have 3 certain things on their plate.
