At plant level good because of the relationships built with employees.
Cons
Terrible to much dog and pony shows when upper management come in and only do a snap shot observation. They send BUM in to tour your operation with really no knowledge of what is manufactured. They advance people with no degree and poor work ethic. Only qualification is brown nosing.
