I worked at Kennedy Krieger Institute (Less than a year)

    Pros

I interned here was hired immediately after my internship ended. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and many people get promoted.

    Cons

The pay rate is not enough for the work Clinical Assistants do. The injury rate is high as well as the turnover rate. I heard a lot of unit rumors and unit drama among staff. Not very professional.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire anyone who is willing to do the job. Hire those who have a passion for working with that population.
