    Pros

    Benefits offered to employee's are excellent along with working conditions. The work that employee's and the overall Institute is really benefiting their patients.

    Cons

    Lack of upward mobility in some of the departments leaving employee's stagnant and feeling burned out and over worked.

    To create more opportunities for employees in this position.

    Pros

    I had an extremely rewarding experience. I loved the department I worked in and loved the people I worked with. I left everyday feeling like I made a difference in others lives.

    Cons

    Depending on which department you work in the burn out factor can be high. The hours can be long and stressful if you're not used to it.
