    If you love helping families, this is the place to do it.

    Listen to you employees and encourage the work. Include more team building and incentives.

    Amazing group of people, great benefits, excellent mission and purpose, the institute is very well run

    Cons

    Can't think of anything, pay could be better but benefits certainly make up for it

    Pros

    Staff comradery is a great bonus. In our school environment, everyone works together to not only support the students but to also support each other. Benefits are really good.

    Cons

    Pay is comparable to other non-public schools, however, lower than public schools.

    Pros

    Decent salaries. Good benefits if you research everything and find what works best for you. To utilize the best benefits they make you jump through hoops but most employers do that. Easy to transfer to other position.

    Cons

    The institute says they are very diverse but that diversity is only applies to certain positions and departments.

    - Upper management (and some mid-managers) fail to recognize the expertise of the staff and ignore anyone without a PhD
    - High turnover because of a lack of respect and opportunities to advance
    - Tough and repetitive work that does not challenge or engage

    - Focus on engaging quality employees
    - Improve employee voice
    - Have events for professional accomplishments such as graduations and publications rather than engagements, weddings, and babies
    - It feels like the 1950s housewives designed a workplace that needs to modernize
