I worked at Kennesaw State University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great starter or retirement job. The hours were great as I did 4 10s. Benefits were awesome. You get a lot of perks in the Kennesaw area.

    Cons

Don't expect any type of promotion raise or acknowledgement for any hard work you may do. The work was very repetitive with very little deviations ever

    Advice to Management

It's hard to give advice to management as the budget comes from the state. If you have good people know your good people. Know the work they do and acknowledge it. Try to create some type of advancement opportunity for them so the will be more inclined to stay

Allowing students to work at your university is a great opportunity to help them succeed. Stop limiting them. Students are an awesome resource for you. Don't exploit their labor. Empower them.

I worked at Kennesaw State University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The management is divided into many hierarchical levels. The seniors are very supportive and would go till any extent to help you out in whatever way they can. The campus is great which gives you a great deal of motivation to perform. Nonetheless to say, you're paid really well.

    Cons

None that I could think of.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!
