Human Resources is very unprofessional. Hired poor managers who didn't understand how to manage or the company brand.

    Advice to Management

Get professional HR employees . Look to create the positive corporate culture you once had who have a full understanding of the brand .

I worked at Kenneth Cole full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The day Kenneth Cole ceases to exist would be a pro.

    Cons

Terrible company to work for. Founder is more interested in side projects than running an efficient business.

    Advice to Management

The company is only interested in profits rather than taking care of its most important assets, its employees. Quit before you're sacked as the company looks to expand its profit margins on the sale of substandard quality apparel.
