    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Kennewick General Hospital part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They take care of their employees. I felt my supervisor did a wonderful job working with my schedule. I was able to have 2 babies, go on maternity leave, and come back to work when I was ready.

    Cons

I really don't think there were any down sides to working at Kennewick General. It was a good environment, and I was actually sad when we had to move and I had to quit my job there.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Kennewick General Hospital (Less than a year)

    Pros

None from my perspective other than the new beautiful hospital in Tri Cities / Kennewick, WA.

    Cons

Hiring Managers and Supervisor are not to be trusted. This company/ organization is not trustworthy or open to diversity in the workplace. They are very underhanded in their undertaking with people of color and other minority groups and need to be exposed to the public regarding there true hateful and racist nature.

    Advice to Management

Please refrain from abuse of power to hide behind racist and unprofessional and unethical behavior. As an organization you will be found out and remember "what goes around come around. and payback is a monster" !
