    It's a local agency with poor sanitary

    Advice to Management

    Please have good sanitary and try to adapt how the professionals behave if not kenscio remains as a local agency forever .

    Quick and perfect services by the Digital Marketing Company. Great working experience.

    Pros

    You can learn as employees are good...However they are leaving as per current situation.

    Cons

    Real revenue is aroung 1.5 to 2 million.

    Upper level management is very cunning and ameteur.

    They will provide you with half info.
    No appreciation for good work.

    Advice to Management

    Please treat new joinees as people not animals. We do not have enough experiences with this behaviour we will be screwed.

    I worked at Kenscio (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Joined from the college as a Fresher and rose to the level of Senior Client Success Manager. Learnt all aspects of Digital Marketing, through training, exposure to work on enterprise account, and the new work that Kenscio brought through. Today, I am working as the Digital Marketing Manager in a big company in India, because of the learnings and experience, I have gained at Kenscio.

    Work culture is good.
    On time salary

    Cons

    1. No work
    2. No salary
    3. Partiality
    4. Not even good for freshers
    5. They simply hire to make sure they have more resource with no work(strange but true)

    Advice to Management

    1.Use the existing resource instead of hiring new resource from Top B schools.
    2. Give value for knowledge and not for degrees and colleges.Your employees from Top B school know nothing about the business even after the training.

    Pros

    Good colleagues. They share knowledge and guide new recruits.
    A good learning for anyone who wants to enter the digital marketing domain.

    Cons

    They make an employee's exit a very bad experience.
    HR is inexperienced, clueless and misleading.
    The founder is brash and rude to his employees. Employees avoid to communicate with him. But if needed, he is unavailable most of the times at office.
    Comes out as selfish sometimes, hence uncollaborative in strategic decisions.

    Advice to Management

    Fix your top management.
    Investors, participate in your decisions.
    Please ensure to adhere to employee welfare and policies.
    Make an employee's exit easy and comfortable.
