    Pros

Some pros involves working with the students, flexible schedule and good benefits like tuition reimbursement. There are a few opportunities to learn and wear multiple hats within the same department.

    Cons

People stay in their roles for a really long time, so not a lot of opportunities to move up the ladder very quickly,

    Advice to Management

To create more opportunities for deserving employees or to promote from within rather than hiring newer employees in upper management.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Kentucky State University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are some very nice people working here. They do provide a good amount of vacation time, including two weeks off at Christmas.

    Cons

Poor health insurance options. No pay increases or annual performance reviews. Turnover is very high, causing heavy workload. People get promoted based on who they're friends with, not their experience or work performance.

    Advice to Management

Do more to acknowledge hard workers, and less to help out friends and family.
