You can learn new things everyday. Lots of work

No scheduled raises. Always behind on work so everything is always done in a hurry. Most people will always try to cover their behinds and throw you under the bus when they need to. If you're salary, only after 48 hours will you start to make overtime so you basically work a day for free before you start making OT.
