I worked at Keppel (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people are accommodating while I was working there as an intern. Most of them gave me guidance not only about the work but also my career in the future. What I like the most is the access to GE leadership development courses and other career building tools such as e-books, audio books, etc.

    Cons

The company lacks the teamwork spirit in doing their job, many people are there just for work without caring for others. Engineers and senior managements also need to be engaged with the technicians more often.
