    Pros

The competence of the lower-level administrative staff is unquestionable. They're good people who are motivated to help children. Barring some typical exemptions, KHSDs teaching staff are exemplary.

    Cons

Corruption, misappropriation of funds, and waste will haunt your days working here. Good ol' boy attitude abounds. Women are consistently marginalized and gaslighted.
