    There was a great team environment, they were always providing incentives, yearly raises, great company structure, accountability, opportunities for growth

    Cons

    At times, there was too much of an emphasis on selling products. It put representatives in somewhat uncomfortable situations at times.

    Continue the trend of being personable and being transparent with the company

    If you are a motivated individual with a can do attitude you will have ample opportunity to move up. Management is encouraging.

    Cons

    Can sometimes remind you of high school clics depending on the branch you work at. Understaffed at times so you carry the work load of others.

    Great team and co-workers.

    Cons

    hecktic schedules and a huge amount of project work. The business management team is not well aware of the importance in the infrustructure and cost to maintain or implement it properly.

    Advice to Management

    Get in touch with those managing the network and hardware infrastructure at the core level. I.T budgets need to be reviewed.
