    Pros

    People who work their are dedicated. They are kind and want what matters.... best care for the patient, best outcomes. They all work very hard.

    Cons

    Select Medical is a money machine. Their concern is not what is happening on the ground floor... cut back, cut back, save money. Not the best way to run healthcare. Higher ups get on the bandwagon to protect themselves and advance their careers.
