    - Flexible per diem schedule
    - Adequately stocked supplies (e.g. bed linens, towels, diapers)

    - Limited growth opportunities
    - Low pay for the position; however CNAs generally are paid poorly regardless of facility
    - No benefits- justified because of per diem status

    Coworkers are pleasant most of the time.

    Cons

    Low pay.
    Unsafe nurse to patient ratios.
    Poor management.
    Unwilling to listen to input from nurses.

    Hire efficient managers that are actually able to help nurses when they need it.

    Kessler is a hospital-based organization and is very strict about what the aides are allowed and not allowed to do. The PTs are very appreciative of your work and the company is accommodating to employees in school.
