      Pros

      - Good stepping stone when planning to pursue the health care field - Comprehensive orientation - Flexible per diem schedule - Adequately stocked supplies (e.g. bed linens, towels, diapers)

      Cons

      - Limited growth opportunities - Low pay for the position; however CNAs generally are paid poorly regardless of facility - No benefits- justified because of per diem status

Please do not work here. Whether you want Office Administration or you are a physical therapist

      Pros

No weekends. Travel compensation for floating to other offices. They give you breakfast or lunch at staff meetings. They give you scrubs and a fleece jacket.

      Cons

High turnover. Stressful environment. Ceo and presidents of Select Medical and Kessler only want money and do not care about employees. So they demand more from you and do not give you a descent salary for what you do...short staffed. Poor management. No paid holidays. Only give you accrued PTO. Health benefits are horrible.. High deductible. Long hours..13 hours shift.. Have to work 2-3 nights... Poor communication. Low pay. No room for growth. Not flexible. Don't allow (if you are an office administrator) to go to school but then turn around and allow others to go to school... What I mean is.. They are flaky if you decide to go back to school in order to accommodate your hours.. One minute they work with your school schedule and next minute they do not...
