      Pros

The overall rehab program for patients is amazing. People make progress and get better. The nursing staff and aides are excellent and care about patients. Pay was reasonable.

      Cons

I was not the first therapist driven out by the current department manager. Some Co workers felt the way to get ahead was to throw their team members under the bus. HR and senior Management not supportive in conflict.

      Pros

Company and management really care about their patients. This a cutting edge facility that offers THE best in terms of rehab.

      Cons

The organizational structure for the Clinical Nutrition staff is a joke. They are too focused on the bottom lime to hire adequate full time stuff and patient care suffers as a result of poor continuity.
