I have been working at Ketchum full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some the greatest, smartest, hardest working people you'll ever meet. This company has a lot of heart and they value workplace flexibility, encourages entrepreneurialism and really listen to their employees regarding their interests and passions. I've been able to work on things that excite me and have am grateful that my managers so supportive.

    Cons

A bit of the old vs. new. Some senior members have been here a very long time so there's this outlook of "this is how it's always been done" but we're certainly moving away from that mindset.

    Advice to Management

Continue to value your people, try to change things up, some systems and approaches can benefit from being blown up altogether.

    Pros

Great place to work. Management recognizes hard work. Room to advance. Solid leadership. Name recognition within the industry

    Cons

IT department got consolidated and made everything more complicated. Support model went from 1 tech per 60 users to 1 tech per 200. users

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Ketchum full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Ketchum stands out as a bright light among the sea of other agencies and their substantial drawbacks. No place is perfect - but the empowering culture, transparency and honesty among senior leadership and opportunities to grow set Ketchum apart.

    Cons

I'd love to see stronger integration among practices so that the agency teams are both aware of and can fully tap I to other strengths that core groups provide. Some early-senior and mid-level staff could benefit from coaching on growing their management skills in ways that lessen any demotivation among their peers - this is all part of career growth.

    Advice to Management

Continue being transparent, encouraging and steadfast advocates for your team members and peers. And, keep leading by example - it works so well!
