I have been working at Keurig Dr Pepper full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great team environment, clean, lightweight, easy work, competitive pay

    Cons

Large company policies don’t always make sense. Benefits mediocre, long shifts, 24/7 facilities.

    Advice to Management

Fight for employee benefits because it keeps long term quality employees. Recent changes in the past couple years has made a lot of long term employees question their future.

I have been working at Keurig Dr Pepper full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great pay. Competitive benefits. Good group of employees.

    Cons

I was working essentially third shift. I never caught up on my sleep. It was hard to get trained because everyone was busy doing their job. The supervisor tried to explain the job, but explaining and being there as the work is done wasn't the same.

    Advice to Management

Have a better mentoring process for new employees...have a designee to look over the shoulder of a new hire.
