I have been working at Keurig Green Mountain full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very dynamic and easy to expand your skill set, great benefits.

    Cons

People legitimately do not know how to do their actual job and continue to take up space and collect a paycheck.

Trim the fat! At all levels, it's obvious there were lots of "battlefield promotions" and now we have people in positions that do not know how to perform their job functions.
