I have been working at Keurig Green Mountain full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There's never a dull moment - the fun and exciting work continues to roll in. An amazing team. The opportunity to be part of 'building' something

    Cons

The pace is fast, the team is nimble and agile, and the expectations are high. This means it's not a fit for everyone.

    Advice to Management

Continue keeping the team focused on delivering the most important things.

    Pros

Great team atmosphere. Empowered employees. Opportunities to grow and advance.

    Cons

Overall bandwidth constraints. Largely due to a course correct in strategy. Expected to subside in next 3-6 months.

I have been working at Keurig Green Mountain full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of exciting things going on. Many challenges which provides many skills and growth opportunities. Great opportunities for talent if you want to travel to or be in MA.

    Cons

All significant leadership and opportunities are now in MA. The presence in Vermont has dwindled and will not be sustained at management and above unless you are in the plants. If you want to stay with the company, you will need to be open to moving to MA. Many areas are understaffed and working excessive hours to do core responsibilities.

I have been working at Keurig Green Mountain full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free coffee every month is about all

    Cons

Management and healthcare are a JOKE

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to pay attention to how this location is run. Management does very little except what they have to, then sit on their butts the rest of the shift getting paid big bucks while employees run themselves ragged.
Hire people to help us! We're short on every shift!!

I have been working at Keurig Green Mountain full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-Free coffee, good benefits, and 401K

    Cons

-Little regards to Work/life balance and flexibility. It varies from departments, some managers permit working from home occasionally and flexible hours while others micro-manage your minutes to a point where it's uncomfortable asking to leave early/come in late or work-from-home to address life
-Employees not valued, no advancement despite if supervisor/manager has referred an employee for a promotion
-Very political and actions do not reflect companies statements such as treating employees as most valued assets and leveraging talent. There is a very high turnover rate because this is exactly what the company does not do. Just as they preach about valuing health and wellness yet require a doctors note for a standing desk.

    Advice to Management

Do as you actually say and treat employees as your most valued asset by rewarding hard work and fostering career growth.
