I have been working at Keurig Green Mountain full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There's never a dull moment - the fun and exciting work continues to roll in. An amazing team. The opportunity to be part of 'building' something

    Cons

The pace is fast, the team is nimble and agile, and the expectations are high. This means it's not a fit for everyone.

    Advice to Management

Continue keeping the team focused on delivering the most important things.

Like my team, doing work that is benefiting the company

    Cons

At the point of their lifecycle where they need to start squeezing as much money out of the company

    Advice to Management

Understand that investment within the applications is okay

    "Very dedicated hard worker"

I worked at Keurig Green Mountain full-time

    Pros

Has a lot of potential to be a very great company, management working hard to improve Keurig's competitive market space

    Cons

Management did not have the Kahunas to speak up against the expensive management consultants from McKinsey who told them how to "optimize" the company, cut jobs, and double the work for those left behind.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees and reward hard work and dedication, don't let greed drive your decisions. Employees are your biggest asset.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Keurig Green Mountain full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Competitive salary and benefits. That's about it.

    Cons

GMCR lost it's Vermont values when Brian Kelley took over as CEO and tried to make it a technology company instead of a coffee company. Corporate HQ (what they call Corporate Offices) moved to Burlington, MA and jobs in Vermont are dwindling down. The only way to advance in the company is to move or commute to MA. A large majority of those who brought the company to where it was at it's prime have either been laid off or left. Only still here because of the pay and limited other opportunities in Vermont.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and think about what got us to where we are (pre-Brian Kelley).
