I have been working at Keurig Green Mountain full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Generally a young, intelligent, amiable group of people. Compensation is typically greater than national/local averages. There is a lot of room for growth and management is supportive of hiring/promoting from within.

    Cons

The culture has changed a bit over the last 5 years as we've grown and changed management - it definitely has a corporate feel these days, and less of a start-up vibe.

I have been working at Keurig Green Mountain full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Keurig is a company that grew incredibly fast in a short time. Now that it as matured as a company, it has begun to focus on the same things that other CPG leaders do - cost cutting and profitability. Still, it is an organization that rewards contributors and is a place where someone with skill or ambition can grow and move around to learn many different aspects of the supply chain.

    Cons

There is an organizational tenancy for dysfunction and frequent change of priorities/reorgs

I worked at Keurig Green Mountain full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

A great place to work when I started in 2011

    Cons

Board of Directors made sweeping changes at the top, got rid of the great leaders who oversaw the growth, and brought in typical corporate players from other companies to "bring us to the next level". It was a nightmare....
