    Pros

Looks out for employees. Great pay. All staff members employed are very knowledgeable in his/her field. Great benefits. Currently working on a project that has been cancelled and Keville has worked hard in helping find new position.

    Cons

The only con is that where located, not many positions available within the company. Health care is not bad, however it would be better if employed in same state at company.

I have been working at Keville Enterprises full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

small company in construction but a large one in its class (DBE). Top management are really nice and caring for employees. Salaries are reasonable.

    Cons

Small companies don't have a lot of opportunities for career development but I have not seen employees leaving the company all that much due to that issue.

I worked at Keville Enterprises as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Relatively small, personable business run by a professional woman.

    Cons

Tightening project opportunities in the utility sector.

    Advice to Management

Stay in contact with past employees.

  8. "Not what the say"

    • Career Opportunities
    • Comp & Benefits
    • Senior Management
Current Employee - Senior Project Manager\Controls in Boston, MA
Current Employee - Senior Project Manager\Controls in Boston, MA

    Pros

Owner is genuinely caring, Company has long political ties and political infleunce into major agencies, has advantage of being a WBE\DBE with gross revenue well over 20+ million, can keep
rates low for clienst due to lower rates for unexperienced staff. Has major work in major agencies with little or no effort

    Cons

Senior Management does not treat employee's with professional respect, lack of leadership at
Senior Management level and Senior Discipline level, Does not truly respect customer needs and satisfaction as stated, Has lost name recognition and Family name reputation due to owner giving
Senior Management full reigns without checks and balances, lack of training and guidelines for major "so called " expertise disciplines such as project controls, scheduling, cost estimating and
project management. Performance of project changes incorrectly applied and used. Employee's not valued for loyalty and work ethic as many Senior Project Managers and Technical Experts have been released dating back to 2005 due to conflcits with Senior Management Style of lack Customer Service. Not a National Firm and has no integrated plan. A job Shop !!

    Advice to Management

The owner and family needs to open their blinders and to assess the damage Senior management has caused over the years of treating employee's as throw away items and also the deception Senior Management has communicated to the owner about Customer Satisfaction.

  9. "Owner is wonderful person, middle managment sub par and not held accountable for actions"

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

decnt pay some of the time.
Pay changes drastically based on how they happend to write contract for work asignment
People of some political or industry influnce do very well

    Cons

no standard reinbursment polies as project locations change.
3% raises some years, never a true promotion as job description and work responsibility changes

    Advice to Management

compare employee tasks to industry salary data and pay accordingly
