    Pros

Key Energy Services is an excellent company, great benefits, caring leadership, competitive salaries and friendly co-workers. Key provided 9/80 schedules and a central location.

    Cons

After the oil and gas prices declined, upper management should consider diversifying their business portfolio, perhaps contemplating offering offshore services as a package.

    Advice to Management

Key should use their existing global resources and bring back key caring employees to aid the company during these difficult times, share ideas and move the company forward. Implement HR without borders framework mentality. I do recommend this company highly to anyone with high ethical and professional values and skills.
