    Pros

It is a different kind of corporate environment which means low pressure jobs. You can kind of set your own hours. All the people are very nice. Health and Dental insurance.

    Cons

Vacations days are below average. Pay is very low. No job growth or opportunities. You use old technology and old computers to do work. The company is not on the cutting edge of corporate world and technology.

    Advice to Management

Care about your employees development. Invest in employees to get good talent.
