Khareed provides excellent growth opportunities and a comfortable environment with competitive salaries and bi-annual increments. There is a clear vision that the entire team is working towards and the management provides the room to innovate and bring up new ideas to all its employees. The team is very friendly and everyone is highly supportive with good understanding between all team members. There is a strong culture that is focused on delivering results and puts the emphasis on innovation and collaboration. For fresh graduates, Khareed provides a great platform to grow and polish your skills, particularly with the helpful guidance and support from the CEO and CTO.

Cons

Small team size for the rapid progress that the company is making. Apart from that, everything is great.

Khareed offers a great supportive and nurturing learning environment. The company employs a systematic and methodical approach to work and provides a lot of training to team members to foster collaborative problem solving. We are always pushing hard to strengthen and improve our platform by continuously testing and deploying advanced algorithms and leveraging latest technological developments and using machine learning and AI apis to automate systems. The learning is high and as a result personal and professional growth really fast

Cons

The rigor of the problem solving and pace of work can be intense and really challenging. Management is also quite demanding with high standards of quality and output with low tolerance for any mistakes.

A the helm of this start-up, the CEO, Mr. Haroon, is determined to take this project to great heights. He is assertive, inspiring and focused. Lets the team know when they are falling behind and is full of praise when they meet their goals. Not only is the leadership and culture at Khareed motivational but is equally considerate when is comes to making new employees comfortable. I'll always be thankful to them.

The software system not documented well enough for new employees.

Khareed is the next generation SaaS company with main focus on analytics, machine learning and data science. Khareed provides great learning environment to its employees. The CEO, CTO are always available for guidance and are open for feedback. At Khareed, there is no office politics and has flexible timings for tech team as the management believes on working as long as it is productive rather than 9-5 culture with no productivity.

Khareed offers competitive salaries but perks are missing.

Pros

Khareed has a lot of room for growth and is always looking to hire talented people and promote from within the organization. The management is very ethical and professional. The environment is very neat and clean. Furthermore, you will always get your remuneration on or before the due date, they will never late it. It's their constructive obligation.

Cons

If you do not work well in a collaborative and professional environment and do not contribute to the organization objectives in your role, then this would not be a good fit.

A year to the day we started to work as a team at Khareed, I'll always be grateful for the things I learnt over the time I worked there. It'll always be an experience I'll never forget. The standards set by Khareed in terms of work environment and development are things I'll be looking for over the course of my entire professional career . Wishing the company all the best.

You are the owner of your own work. You are not directed as how to work but given authority to work out as you can. You get a sense of achievement and ownership.

People don't usually understand the meaning of a start-up. You have to explain to them but that is basically their problem and not ours.

Friendly environment, culture is conducive to good performance and senior management is very encouraging. There are alot of opportunities for growth and development as the company is growing.

Sometimes there can be conflicting instructions from senior managers and at times there is rigidity and inflexibility regarding SOPs.

Pros

You get to work with highly motivated technical team who is willing to overcome all the challenges they face due to the nature of business. Your feedback and suggestions are valued and their is no bias or favoritism at all. A friendly environment.

Cons

It's a startup company and although it's growing rapidly it's future depends highly on market/vendors. Less focus on research side more on development side.
