I worked at KiSKA Construction full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great opportunities to grow and to learn. Management flecible and knowledgeable. Located in NYC doing different infrastructure jobs. Been in NY for at least 30!years.

    Cons

Smaller in size. Need to diversify projects and üncrease size. Should also include residential and commercial construction projects in portfolio in the upcoming years.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I worked at KiSKA Construction full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Give you lunch to you

    Cons

If you want to work with a group of incompetent Turkish people this is the place for you. If you need a Green Card this is the place for you. They talk Turkish and talk down to employees. They have children running multi million dollar projects with 0 experience. Bad place no safety no training of any sort. President is clueless and doesn't care. He was fired from KiSKA, then Fired from other company he went too. Speaks VOLUMES of how clueless they are. You have been warned about this Company!!

    Advice to Management

You are in America NOT Turkey. Have respect for your workers. You lost a tremendous amount of talent this year for not listening to them. Wake up you brought bad people back with you!

    Cons

I have been working at KiSKA Construction full-time

    Pros

Many pros. Former management back and company getting back on track. More positive than ever. Caring people

    Cons

Unfair and unequal pay. Seems like only “certain people “ make good money. Raises are a joke and salarys not fit for this economy.

    Advice to Management

Equal pay for everyone. It’s the law. There are many hardworking people that will leave if you don’t make those changes.

    Pros

I've met some amazing people working here, and I see a bright future for this company. There's been a lot of changes as of late, but they will definitely work to benefit the company overall and long term.

    Cons

Work load can be heavy at times, but management is understanding and helps meet the needs of the employees

I didn't see any pros in this company!!

    Cons

I worked for the new president. He doesn't know how to treat his people. He always look down on you. He has lock of experience and he shouldn't be in this position.

    Advice to Management

My advice to the owner is to be more selective in terms of hiring top manager and the president!
