    Pros

I like coming to work for Kiska, people here work as a team and it has a family atmosphere.

    Cons

Having to think too hard for cons, so there must not be any at least in my eyes.

I worked at KiSKA Construction (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Well. Not any I can think of now

    Cons

No gender equality. Take a look around. There is no fairness. No rhyme or reason four the way things are run there. Rumor is president looking to jump ship and trust me. This is a sinking ship. I was hopeful for positive changes. That's not going happen. Leave and dot turn back. Everyobody trying to help him but he won't even acknowledge anybody. What a tryant

    Advice to Management

Wake up. New president in to deep and worse than old president. What a mistake. He even has a driver. Who does he thinks he is. The king?

    Pros

I've met some amazing people working here, and I see a bright future for this company. There's been a lot of changes as of late, but they will definitely work to benefit the company overall and long term.

    Cons

Work load can be heavy at times, but management is understanding and helps meet the needs of the employees

    Pros

I didn't see any pros in this company!!

    Cons

I worked for the new president. He doesn't know how to treat his people. He always look down on you. He has lock of experience and he shouldn't be in this position.

    Advice to Management

My advice to the owner is to be more selective in terms of hiring top manager and the president!

    Pros

New President is much more proactive. Things are changing for the better, becoming more streamlined. Company seems poised to accelerate into the coming future.

Employees who are less than motivated are leaving, mostly due to the fact that they are now being held to a modicum of accountability.

    Cons

New changes still have some kinks that will eventually be worked out.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on keeping on

I have been working at KiSKA Construction full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Was a good company, have to redo review. See Cons.

    Cons

I wrote a previous review of KiSKA in regards to how awesome it was to work here because it was a family atmosphere with good people and everybody learned from one another.

Unfortunately that is no longer the case, the company president and vp are no longer with the company, people are leaving the company on a bi-weekly basis, the new appointed president is known to be a tyrant, i never worked with him, but he came to our site yesterday and fired one of our superintendents because he apparently had a falling out with him...7 years ago and the new president laughs and tells our PM if people don't like it they can leave.

Projects don't know what is going on anymore, we are not allowed to talk to each other anymore, we are not allowed meet up after work, if we do we may be fired. Most of us on the project have not gotten paid for expenses for 3 months now, even when the PM signs off on it, the controller tells us the company has no money and we can leave if we think this is bad.

On top of it all, we are still working 70 hours a week none-stop, for what? No appreciation.
