    Pros

Work=Money Easy job to keep if you're responsible. You get some good excercise at work haha.

    Cons

Non-stop pace with VERY minimal breaks. You are at the bottom of the pyramid. Rotating shifts. Disorganization in some areas and processes. Lack of understanding with management

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees.

I worked at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Well it's a factory job so don't expect too much room for advancement. I was working on the assembly line and it was the same thing every day. Car comes down you either shave the weld marks off, screw bolts, or put the doors on the car. It's fast paced so if you are a slow worker don't try apply for this job. The pay was really good about 800-900 something a week depending on the overtime.

    Cons

Rotating shifts but you know that coming in to the job. And expect to work majority of the weekends throughout the year.

I worked at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia

    Pros

$400 a week for temps there is no getting hired through the door

    Cons

In order to protect Kia employees you have to be a Malone Staffing Temporary worker for two years before you can get hired on, and no joke they will try to get you out of there before two years. No life outside of work due to rotating shifts every month and a lot of 6 day work weeks.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your temporary workers better

I worked at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The money and the benefits are amazing its not to many jobs where you can make almost $80k a year with just a high school diploma. It also comes with a great opportunity to be able to travel to South Korea.

    Cons

Long work weeks. When I worked there, we worked 2-3 Saturdays out of the month. On top of that there are 3 rotating shifts. The work/life balance is definitely off.

    Advice to Management

No advice to management, most times they don't listen anyway. It is a disconnect between the Korean managers and American workers.
