I worked at Kia of el cajon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

good schedules, and help around every corner.

    Cons

i worked there for 6 months and the only reason i left was because they never once got a single pay check of mine right, infact i sold a cadenza which is their high end car, and they some how left it off my pay check as if it never happened. then they "fixed" it by giving me a 500$ advance that i had to pay back on my next pay check.

    Advice to Management

watch the payroll better, it would have been a dream job come true for me

    Pros

Co-workers are great to work with

    Cons

The location is not the best.

    Advice to Management

The management is great but might need a little more advertising to bring in more traffic. Not a very high flow of traffic.
