    Pros

It’s a great place to be! Owners are hands-on and have a true vision for offering the best of everything to create a positive environment for children.

    Cons

We are a new, growing school. Juggling important tasks and seeing them through can be challenging.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Kiddie Academy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Kids and families are amazing, good relationships with most of my coworkers, laid back atmosphere. There is room for advancement.

    Cons

Low wages, feeling undervalued by management and owner, a handful of coworkers create a constant gossip mill (not surprising since there’s all women)

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees higher wages!

I worked at Kiddie Academy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The kids are the sweetest and the parents really appreciate what you do for their children.

    Cons

Management acts like a bunch of children. They don't know enough about what goes on in the daily work of their employees but always come through to disrupt your work. They play favorites and sit together in the office gossiping about their employees like they're in a little middle school clique. Be ready to take disrespect from management. If you complain about it, they'll create a hostile work environment and fire you. No room for growth. Low pay with high expectations.

    Advice to Management

Grow up. Be respectful. Your business is only as good as your employees.

I have been working at Kiddie Academy part-time

    Pros

    - The kids are very sweet, they grow to love you quickly.
    - You get a bit of rest time during the kids' naptime. Good for a snack, working on stuff for the next day, or just taking some time to relax.

    Cons

    - The kids sometimes don't know how to follow directions (I think some age groups are worse with this than others). They can wear on your patience.

    Cons

Some parents are rude and annoying. Run out of silly things like gloves and papertowels. Stressfull bc of low staff and trying to stay in ratio
