I worked at Kids Foot Locker full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The discount is 30% year round and 50% off for employee appreciation days.

You are able to have fun with your colleagues in the store such as individual store contests.

    Cons

The pay is way too low, part time employees can get as low as 1 day a week.
District Managers and high volume managers show favoritism to certain employees and you will only get promoted if they like you personally. If they don’t like you they will cut enough hours to not catch a case and find any and every way to fire you. The hours are really long and you are not fairly compensated for the work you put in. Do not work here If you’re trying to make money, work here as a side job just to have the generous discount.

    Advice to Management

If you promoted employees based on work ethic rather than favoritism your stores would be less scandalous. There are reasons why Foot Locker stores have so much theft and credit card scams. Also, managers are stealing and abusing their power and telling you that they need more people on the floor which is only half true lol. Your employees would be more loyal if they were paid more and treated fairly. But the company will continue to lose money until then.

    Cons

Not consistent volume of customers/walk ins, can get boring, stressful if not enough sales
