I worked at Kidum part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Rewardig and satisfying job. You get to teach and instruct classes, and it's fun! The salary is pretty good too

    Cons

You need to be ready to invest time and work in order to become a good instructor. There are periods when work is intense (usually happens when you have midterm exams...)

  2. "Excellent place for gifted students"

    Pros

Builds your self confidence. Amazing talented co-workers. Good salary for part time job. Satisfaction from teaching others. Excellent for your resume

    Cons

Hard to get accepted (which is good also). Takes a lot of time to prepare for first courses. Lots of time

    Pros

Really good people, most of the workers in HQ are 30-40.
Good hours and i would say good atmosphere.

    Cons

Low salary, the company is in a negative balance most of the time so the conditions aren't too good.

    Advice to Management

Enhance and upgrade your telemarketing division give them bonuses and try to keep them in the company.
After the instructors they are the most important division.
