I have been working at Kiewit Corporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pandemic shook many companies, yet Kiewit hardly waivered. They immediately implemented a remote work policy that has been highly successful, while thinking of the safety of their employees. Many companies had to end their internship, while Kiewit brought on 800 interns this summer. The workload Kiewit continues to bring on despite the pandemic is unheard of and Kiewit is continuing to grow revenue. Management has done well navigating the current environment and has positioned the company to explode in the coming years. Always proud to say I work for Kiewit.

    Cons

Pay may not be at the top of the industry, but the benefits easily makeup the difference.

I worked at Kiewit Corporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great place to work, plenty of people to learn from and grow as an employee.

    Cons

It is now an open concept office design, with very little to stop an noise bouncing which makes everything echo and can make it difficult to concentrate.

Can’t think of anything worth writing. Every job has its negatives but it’s so minimal and personal to me it’s not worth writing
