I worked at Kiewit Corporation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, amazing facilities including a fitness center, cafe, mechanic. Located in a beautiful area, with fun local activities throughout the year.

    Cons

Lots of turnaround in the department I was in, some disenchanted employees, but I think that's fairly normal in the corporate environment. I was always treated very well.

    Advice to Management

    None.

Kiewit is a top notch employer with emphasis on safety and good communication.
I think that working for Kiewit in the past has been the best experiences in my 30 year career.

    Cons

The only down side i can think of in my opinion is that the projects are spread out across
the nation , in turn that means a lot of being away from home!

    Advice to Management

    Advice to Management

Try to help provide some room for advancement, not necessarily promotions but maybe more training for people wanting to operate more equipment.
