    Pros

    1)Extremely powerful safety culture and values tied to performance at all levels. 2) For the most part premise of; Performance based recognition/promotion. 3) Diversity in employees. 4) Talented, insightful and trained upper management and leadership.

    Cons

    Transient nature of work locations requiring either staying out of town away from family or extremely long commutes. Infrastructure expansion- long hours in portable modular buildings small offices/cubicles too often on-site at Waste Water treatment Plants or isolated undesirable work locations. Highly structured, similar to para-military environment.

    Advice to Management

    Provide equal opportunity meaningful mentoring.

    Pros

    Highly successful company with a diversified construction porfolio.

    Cons

    Cannot trust senior management. They will tell you one thing and do another; many times to the detriment of the employee.
