    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Kilroy Realty full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I am unable to clearly define any positive attributes, as the hostile environment overshadows everything.

    Cons

A VP used vile and nasty language to openly speak about someone he had a strange fixation for. Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Kilroy Realty for more than 3 years

    Pros

A few good people, but not nearly enough.

    Cons

The CEO is an arrogant, loud and boastful tyrant. Most fully developed people who have achieved his level of success don't find it necessary to grandstand. The other senior managers are sad, sad cheerleaders so desperate for his approval that it borders on pathetic. Pictures of themselves on someone else's yacht adorn their offices and validates their existence and poor behavior.

    Advice to Management

Imagine what you must look like to outsiders within your industry.
