I worked at Kimberly-Clark as an intern

    Pros

Great pay, and awesome coworkers. I loved the team that I was with, and I enjoyed going to work to see them every day. They put a huge emphasis on safety as well.

    Cons

Poor work life balance. I worked many 12 hour days at my facility, however I was getting paid by the hour so it wasn't all bad.

    Advice to Management

Try to bridge the gap between your different departments. I saw that there was a lot of information that was kept in "silos" that could have helped other departments.
