    Pros

    Good colleagues to work with, all in it together mentality

    Cons

    Shockinly bad management that are only focused on their own career and not the operations. Staff pay rise scheme rewards those who say the right things but are often inept. Constant changes in structure and new fad ideas. Too scared to drive change and innovation would rather keep cutting costs to meant targets.

    Cons

    I have video proof of racism and harassment happening within the Kimberly Clark mills. Not a good place for a career and the pay is not good.
