    Pros

    Great if you are self starter
    Quick to resolve pay issues and other such matters

    Cons

    Being in the field can sometimes find you spending time to get in touch with area mngr.
    when a problem arises

    Pros

    Friendly employeers, easier for me to focus my job.

    Cons

    One of the bosses wad always yelling at me but i cant understand. What he day to me and i kept asking him to write notes to communicate with me but he gave me a dirty face snd not wsnt to erite notes just pushed me too hard and blamed me for being slow but i have no ideas whst he saying to me. I tried doing y nest that i can just following my route job duties.

    Advice to Management

    Pleade be patient eith me ehen they try to communicate with me. Im not very good at llipreading but i demand the written communicatt to avoid misunderstanding or time delay.

    The Salary and benefits packages

    Cons

    Middle management loves to trump up idiotic ideas to make themselves look important. The programs are horrible and they have no idea what they are doing

    Advice to Management

    Let the PM's do their jobs and stay out of their way.

    Solid place to work.Good team work.

    Long hours and a lot of driving.

    Give managers more input in hiring.

    No longer than 4 hrs

    Cons

    Have to clock on by phone sometimes it doesn't even clock you in

    Advice to Management

    Find a better system for that

    Great work atmosphere. Project I worked on kept me busy.

    Working alone is the only pro

    Cons

    There are so many I need more than 20 words. Boss wants you to go in whether you're puking or not they don't care if coworkers harass you they don't even actually train you etc

    Advice to Management

    Do your job. Make schedule yourself too bad if you hate it that's your job

    I worked at Kimco part-time

    Pros

    Like that the costumers loved it when I was the one cleaning. They come back more. They would tell me how great I cleaned.

    Cons

    They over worked me into full time with no days off. I also had to do split shifts during the full time working. Body wore out.

    Advice to Management

    Please I need at least a day off per week to rest my body. I love to help but my body can't handle it that way.

    I worked at Kimco full-time

    Pros

    Physically low impact work. Electronics oriented. Good trust worthy workers.

    Cons

    A lot of sitting with very little moving around.
    Insufficient ventilation for chemical fumes.
    Very little room for advancement or raises. My pay increased about $1.50 over the course of 5 years.
    Average benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Loosen up on wages and pay attention to work conditions.
