I worked at Kimco Staffing full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Very friendly environment and various teams feel like true families. IT team is very smart and hard working. The VP of IT is an exemplary leader.

    Cons

Like all business, lots of work is needed to stay on the top. Nothing too bad to list here.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Kimco Staffing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Sometimes I get paid for not working.

    Cons

So many to list. Not know if you are working until an hour before start. Lack of training, lack of communication, manager is a bully, lead supervisor is more interested in his own success. Manager will say one thing and do whatever she wants. Policies are not upheld in fear of loosing people.

I worked at Kimco Staffing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Serviced an excellent client that treated me like their own staff member.

    Cons

Kimco management provided minimal support and was not involved unless an issue occurred. The Director I reported to was unprofessional and lacked management skills. I dedicated many hours including Saturdays to provide the best service to the employees and client; but was never compensated nor recognized by Kimco management.

I worked at Kimco Staffing full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Working with people..very rewarding to help individuals find a job.

    Cons

No pay increase, once you push back on all the work load they give you , they"ll get rid of you. They expect you not to hae a personal life..only upper management or hr can be sick or have a family member be ill. When I started it was a more family oriented company once they turned it over to different managment it went down hill.
