    Pros

Supportive, family-oriented atmosphere. Community engagement. True commitment to service and integrity. Opportunities for professional development. Recognition of excellence.

    Cons

Not a con, but something to consider: high expectations; must work hard to succeed.

    Advice to Management

Excellent work. This is a great place to work.

I worked at Kimmel & Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people. Great cause. Hour lunch. Team-building activities.

    Cons

Depending on the position (as with any company), can be stressful, tedious, time-consuming, or demanding. The con for this particular position: not enough pay comparable to the job title.

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they are worth.

    Pros

Family and success oriented. Very supportive and great atmosphere. Full of surprises. Hard work and service to the community. Great.

    Cons

Inside all day long. On the phone constantly. But this is what the job is. it is not for the faint of heart. you must work hard to be successful.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. It is a pleasure to work in this environment. It is honest and supportive. Thank you.

I worked at Kimmel & Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you work hard and don't have a problem fulfilling minimum requirements, there is a lot of potential for growth and high compensation.

    Cons

no complaints-worked here for almost 2 years and really enjoyed it.

    Advice to Management

CEO could stand to be a little more light-hearted and approachable. Profits from the good times could be used more to reward employees rather than be used on philanthropic ventures.

    Pros

Good name in the Construction Recruiting Industry. Staff is on top of their game in their respective fields. Owner very giving when times are good.

    Cons

Phone intensive. 60 cold calls a day is required for begginers. Recruiters are limited to sub-par salaries often well under 30k year. Consultants have unlimited potential as with most sales jobs and many do very well, but staff work off a draw that can cut your big pay day.

    Advice to Management

Company is well run but as with many sales type positions it is very sink or swim for new employees with very little in the the way of compensation

    Cons

Recruiting is a hard business. It requires perseverance and skill.

    Advice to Management

Keep doiung what you are doing.
